Military, First Responders, Medical Personnel and countless other careers demand strong willed men and women who aren't afraid to get their hands a little dirty, and knuckles a little bloody.
Some of them are heroes who are deserving of your thanks. We are not them. Our service is to ourselves. Our motivation is a selfish desire to thrive in a hostile environment.
The world is a dangerous place full of soft people. Our aggressive drive and unapologetic grit allow us to live, but maintaining a cool head and calm demeanor is necessary to thrive in civilized society.
So we remain chivalrous and well mannered, keeping the savagery tempered.

Pirates were known to use certain symbolism and colors on their flags to communicate their status and intent. It is commonly believed that Jolly Roger is in reference to the Devil himself, called 'Roger' or 'Scratch.' Our modern-day interpretation is a callback to rough men of antiquity, whose spirit we believe lives on in those of us who find our calling in violent industries.
